Luxury 778 is not a real estate agency in the traditional sense – we operate where discretion begins and listings end.

We are a trusted partner for individuals whose real estate decisions carry meaning beyond square meters and price lists.

Some now refer to us as a “Family Office for Real Estate” – we simply call it: responsibility within space.

Luxury 778 does not work with traditional sales agents. We carefully select individuals who align with our values of discretion, expertise, and integrity.

We launched the Swiss Real Estate Academy, where aspiring real estate agents learn from the best in the industrie, receive practical training over the course of a year and are tested on their conduct, knowledge, and integrity.

Only those who embody our values and deliver consistent excellence over more than a year may represent mandates under our name. This is how we ensure what our clients expect: consistency at the highest level. In some cases, we also use experienced brokers whom we have known for several years.
